Catherine Schwoerer is an associate professor emerita of organizational behavior in the KU School of Business. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Florida and her doctorate from the University of North Caroline at Chapel Hill.

Schwoerer taught courses on organizational behavior, behavioral research methods, and career development and management. Her research interests have focused on cognition and well-being; training and development; self-efficacy, work behaviors, and outcomes; and career management. During her time at KU, Schwoerer also was involved with KU’s Center for Global and International Studies.

She retired at the end of the fall 2019 semester.
