John Brandmeyer is CEO of the Brandmeyer Family Office, where he leads investment strategy and oversees multigenerational family portfolios. The Brandmeyer family’s business legacy began with Enturia Inc., a medical products company built by the family and successfully sold in 2008.
Before transitioning to the family office, Brandmeyer held senior leadership roles in sales, information technology, and finance, experience that shapes his disciplined, opportunity‑driven approach to investing. Since 2008, he has led investments across real estate, financial services, technology, and alternative assets, focused on long‑term value creation for future generations.
Brandmeyer has served as a member of the KU School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board since 2016, including as an Executive Committee member from 2019–2025, as Membership Committee Chair from 2021–23 and Fundraising Committee Chair from 2023–25. He also served on the Provost’s Search Committee for the KU School of Business Dean from fall 2024 to spring 2025. He was elected as a trustee of the KU Endowment board in 2018.
He earned bachelor’s degrees in business and psychology from the University of Kansas in 1993 and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a computer information systems degree from Devry University.
