Dennis L. Rosen

Dennis L. Rosen is a professor emeritus of marketing at the University of Kansas School of Business. Rosen received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his doctorate in psychology from the University of Minnesota.

He joined the School of Business faculty in 1985 and taught the school’s introductory marketing class, consumer behavior class, and other courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Rosen’s teaching and research interests included consumer behavior, service marketing and customer service, marketing management, and directional media. He received the Undergraduate Business Council Outstanding Educator award in 2004 and 2008, the Beta Gamma Sigma Outstanding Educator Award in 2006, and was nominated several times for the Henry A. Bubb Award for Outstanding Teaching in Business. Rosen retired from KU in 2012.
