Rajendra Srivastava is a professor emeritus of accounting and information systems in the KU School of Business.

The Accounting Information Systems (AIS) Section of the American Accounting Association honored Srivastava with the 2017 Notable Contributions to the Literature Award at the AAA Annual Meeting in San Diego, California. Srivastava received the award for his work, “Belief-Function Models in Assessing Overall Information Quality & Information Systems Security Risk Assessment,” and several dozen other articles on the subject.
